Bonita Di Bello

Bonita Di Bello has been a member of the violin section at Lyric Opera of Chicago since 1979. Prior to that she was a member of the Milwaukee Symphony for 4 seasons.

She lives in Lincolnshire, Illinois, with her husband Joseph Di Bello, a double bass player with the Chicago Symphony. They have raised two wonderful daughters, Gina, a violinist with the Chicago Symphony and Giovanna, a health care worker with North Shore University Health System. They share their home with their Sheltie, Lily and Bella their cat.
