Lyric Music & More: December 8
Perhaps no other piece of classical music marks the holiday season like The Nutcracker. In a heartwarming performance from 2020, Ryan Opera Center pianist Chris Reynolds delivers a glittering rendition of the “Dance of the Sugar Plum” fairy that is worth revisiting again and again. Of course, there’s nothing quite like experiencing Tchaikovsky’s beloved masterpiece live, and Joffrey’s current production of The Nutcracker is “better than ever” (Chicago Tribune). Fans of Lyric can use promo code LYRIC10 to access 10% off tickets for The Nutcracker.
