I Could Have Danced All Night...
After a highly successful collaboration on last year’s The King and I Celebration, Lyric Opera of Chicago’s Women’s Board and Guild Board of Directors are once again joining forces for a night of grand musical theater and entertainment.
Enter the Civic Opera House on the evening of Friday, May 12 and be greeted with an English cocktail reception. For dinner, join us in the William B. and Catherine Graham Room or in the American Airlines Mezzanine Boxes. Either way, we’re sure you’ll feel like royalty! After dinner, settle in for Lerner and Loewe’s classic musical, My Fair Lady, and hum along to tunes such as “Wouldn’t It Be Loverly?,” “On the Street Where You Live,” and “I’ve Grown Accustomed to Her Face.”
After the final curtain falls, join us for the After Party with the Stars, where you’ll have the opportunity to dance alongside the performers and enjoy light bites and a nightcap or two. When the clock strikes midnight, you’ll leave singing “I Could Have Danced All Night!”
