Your upcoming Stellar streaming event

Lyric has partnered with Goldstar’s online streaming platform, Stellar Tickets.

You will receive several emails from Stellar to help you prepare to access our streaming event. The sender’s email address is [email protected]. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder, and mark the sender as safe. You will receive more emails before the event containing your personal private link. No passcode is needed. You may watch the stream on up to 3 devices. Please do not share this link as it is unique to you.

Confirmation email

Once your ticket has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email with information about streaming and how to access the event.

Click “Go to the Event” or “Accept The Ticket”:

Test your stream

About 48 hours prior to the event, you will receive an email suggesting that you test your stream to make sure you are set up and ready for the event. Testing your stream is suggested, but it is not required.

You will also see that Stellar has a mobile App but it is not required for this concert. We recommend not using the app and viewing the concert from your browser.

24-hour reminder

The day before the event you will receive a reminder email from Stellar with a direct private link to the stream along with a few tips to help you get ready to watch.

Accessing your stream on the day of the event

One hour prior to the event you will receive an email from Stellar with a reminder that your stream is starting soon along with a direct private link to the stream.

Click “Watch the Show” to open and stream from any browser.

This will take you to the Stellar website where you can verify the name, date, time and number of tickets for the event you are planning to watch.

Once the stream is open in a browser, you may choose to either connect your laptop to your TV with an HDMI cable, or use screen mirroring from your smartphone or tablet.

Device specific help

Step 1
Power on your laptop and TV (both with HDMI port) and prepare a HDMI cable.

Step 2
Plug HDMI cable into both your laptop’s and TV’s HDMI ports.

Step 3
Now you may see your TV with blue screen showing No signal message.
Press INPUT or SOURCE button on your TV remote.
Then use the Arrow icon to choose HDMI 1 (or HDMI 2 if already in use) on your TV screen.

On your TV, you should now see the same screen as the laptop.
Setup

1. Connect your iOS device to the same WiFi network as your Apple TV or AirPlay 2-compatible smart TV.

2. Open the Control Center
- iPhone X or later or iPad with iOS 12 or later: swipe down from the upper-right corner of the screen
- iPhone 8 or earlier or iOS or earlier: swipe up from the bottom edge of any screen.
3. Tap Screen Mirroring

4. Select your Apple TV or AirPlay 2-compatible smart TV from the list

5. If an AirPlay passcode appears on your TV screen, enter the passcode on your iOS device.

Tips

Your TV uses your iOS device’s screen orientation and aspect ratio. To fill your TV screen with the mirrored iOS device screen, change your TV’s aspect ratio or zoom settings.

To stop mirroring your iOS device, open Control Center, tap Screen Mirroring, then tap Stop Mirroring. Or, press the Menu button on your Apple TV Remote.

When screen mirroring, your TV will be an exact replica of your device. It will show reminders and notifications, just bigger. For an optimized experience, please turn off notifications and refrain from using the device during the concert.
Setup

1. Casting your screen is only available on devices running on Android 5.0 or later and not supported by iOS or Windows devices.

2. Ensure “power saving mode” is off. “Power saving mode” can limit the processing power of your device, affecting the performance of the screen casting feature.
- Motorola/Nexus/Google phones
  
  From the top of your phone screen, swipe down to access the quick settings menu

  Toggle the battery saver on

  Toggle power saving mode on or off
TIP: Ensure the “microphone” featured is turned on in the Google Play app to successfully use the screen casting feature with Chromecast. If permission is not turned on, the screen casting session will immediately disconnect.

3. To turn on microphone permissions:
- Tap settings
- Scroll down and tap Apps > Google Play Services > Permissions
- Look for microphone and slide the slider on.
Cast your screen from your Android device

1. Make sure your mobile phone or tablet is on the same WiFi network as your Chromecast or compatible Smart TV device.

2. Open the Google Home app

3. Tap the device you want to use to cast your screen.

4. Tap cast my screen > cast screen

Adjust volume when casting your Android screen

1. Open the Google Home app

2. Tap the device, the adjust the volume

Stop casting your screen from your Android

1. Make sure your mobile phone or tablet is on the same WiFi network as your Chromecast or compatible Smart TV device.

2. Open the Google Home app

3. Tap the device and tap stop mirroring

Using the Stellar Tickets iOS app

Stellar iOS app for iPhone and iPad devices can be downloaded from the Apple app store.

After downloading the Stellar app you have the choice of connecting your device using traditional methods or by using a rotating six-digit code unique to your ticket.

1. Using a different device go to http://www.stellartickets.com/code

2. There you will see a six-digit code that you can use to link your Stellar app to your account.

3. The codes change every 5 minutes, so you will need to get the code from the page and enter it on the home screen of the Stellar iOS app.

You only need to enter your code the first time you are using a new device. From that point on you are fully logged in.

Once you have successfully connected your Stellar app on your iOS device to your account, you will be able to access your stream content by clicking on the event image.

To sign in using the traditional sign-in methods:

1. Tap the "Sign In" button beneath the six-digit code prompt.

2. Enter the same email address as your ticket was purchased under or issued to or use an alternate sign-in method that is also associated with the email address your tickets are under.

3. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete sign in

4. You are now fully signed in.
Using the Stellar Tickets Android app

The Stellar Android app for Android devices can be downloaded from the Google Play app store

After downloading the Stellar app you have the choice of connecting your device using traditional methods or by using a rotating six-digit code unique to your ticket.

To sign in using your personal six-digit code:

1. Using a different device go to http://www.stellartickets.com/code

2. There you will see a six-digit code that you can use to link your Stellar app to your account.

3. The codes change every 5 minutes, so you will need to get the code from the page and enter it on the home screen of the Stellar Android app

You only need to enter your code the first time you are using a new device. From that point on you are fully logged in.

Once you have successfully connected your Stellar app on your Android device to your account, you will be able to access your stream content by clicking on the event image. You only need to enter your code the first time you are using a new device. From that point on you are fully logged in.

Watch the stream using a Fire TV device

The Stellar Tickets Fire TV app for Fire TV devices can be downloaded from the Amazon app store

After downloading the Stellar app, you can connect access your account by using a rotating six-digit code unique to your ticket.

To sign in using your personal six-digit code:

1. Using a different device, visit your ticket page on the Stellar website by clicking on "Your Tickets" on the top menu bar or by visiting https://www.stellartickets.com/wallet

2. If prompted, log in to the Stellar website using the same email address as your ticket was purchased under or issued to.

3. Using a different device go to http://www.stellartickets.com/code

4. There you will see a six-digit code that you can use to link your Stellar app to your account.

5. The codes change every 5 minutes, so you will need to get the code from the page and enter it on the home screen of the Stellar FireStick channel.

6. You only need to enter your code the first time you are using a new device. From that point on you are fully logged in.

7. Once you have successfully connected your Stellar app on your FireStick device to your account, you will be able to access your stream content by clicking on the event image.
Watch the stream on a Roku device

If your Roku device is connected to your online Roku account you can download the Stellar app from the Stellar Roku Channel

If your Roku device is not connected to your online Roku account, you can download the Stellar app by searching for Stellar directly on your Roku and then choosing the Stellar channel to download.

After adding the Stellar channel, you can connect access your account by using a rotating six-digit code unique to your ticket.

To sign in using your personal six-digit code:

1. Using a different device go to http://www.stellartickets.com/code

2. There you will see a six-digit code that you can use to link your Stellar app to your account.

3. The codes change every 5 minutes, so you will need to get the code from the page and enter it on the home screen of the Stellar Roku channel.

You only need to enter your code the first time you are using a new device. From that point on you are fully logged in.

Once you have successfully connected your Stellar app on your Roku device to your account, you will be able to access your stream content by clicking on the event image.
Watch the stream on an Apple TV (tvOS) device

The Stellar Tickets tvOS app for Apple TV devices can be downloaded from the Apple TV App Store located on the home screen of the Apple TV device.

1. Go to the home screen of your Apple TV and open the App Store.

2. Use your remote to navigate to the magnifying glass at the top of the App Store screen.

3. Use your remote to search for "Stellar Tickets" and download the Stellar Tickets app.

After downloading the Stellar app, you can connect access your account by using a rotating six-digit code unique to your ticket.

To sign in using your personal six-digit code:

1. Using a different device, visit your ticket page on the Stellar website by clicking on "Your Tickets" on the top menu bar or by visiting https://www.stellartickets.com/wallet

2. If prompted, log in to the Stellar website using the same email address as your ticket was purchased under or issued to.

3. Using a different device go to http://www.stellartickets.com/code

4. There you will see a six-digit code that you can use to link your Stellar app to your account.
