Reservations

For your convenience, dining and intermission reservations can now be made online through My Account. Reservations can also be made by phone at 312.827.3557 or email at [email protected] should you need assistance from our team.

MAKE RESERVATION

Your visit to our exclusive dining venue is of the utmost importance, and we are dedicated to making your experience superb. Please help us maintain our level of service and ensure sufficient quantities of our exceptional cuisine by making a reservation in advance.

Reservations are required for all services, and walk-in dining is strongly discouraged.

48-hour advance notice is recommended, and same-day reservations must be made by telephone. Please note that same-day reservations cannot always be guaranteed.

 

Payment

We will no longer be issuing quarterly invoices for Graham Room charges but ask that you be prepared to provide payment and gratuity via credit card only at the time of service.

 

Cancellations

Patrons will be charged for reservations cancelled after 5:00 p.m. on the business day prior to the reservation date. Thank you for your timely notification!

 

Graham Room Hours

Monday - Friday evening performances

• Graham Room opens 5:00 p.m.
• Curtain 7:00 p.m.

Saturday evening performances

• Graham Room opens 5:30 p.m.
• Curtain 7:30 p.m.

Weekday and Sunday matinée performances

• Graham Room opens 12:00 p.m.
• Curtain 2:00 p.m.

 

Pre-Opera Talks

Complimentary pre-opera talks are offered one hour prior to every performance. If you wish to attend a pre-opera talk in the Ardis Krainik Theatre and dine in the Graham Room, please indicate this when you make your reservation.
