New this year: Matinee dining and pre-orders for intermission cocktails!
Enjoy the perfect pre-show meal at The Florian, a classic supper club focused on prime rib, classic cocktails, and a thoughtfully curated wine list, conveniently located on the third floor of the Lyric Opera House. The Florian also features a full bar and an extensive whiskey list that is available before and after the show, as well as during intermission.
Reservations begin at 5:30pm for evening performances and 12:30 for matinees, and close 1 hour prior to curtain. Please allow 90 minutes for a complete dining experience.
During intermissions for all performances, The Florian also offers elegant dessert service, bar bites, and a full bar. When you arrive during intermission, your table will be presented with your selections from our kitchen or bar. When the chimes ring, head back to the theater and we’ll take care of the rest! Due to the time constraints of intermission, all food and beverages must be pre-ordered. The Florian also offers cocktail and concession pickup at our bar during intermission, order online — and skip the line!
The Florian is also open following evening performances Friday & Saturday with our full bar menu. No reservations required, walk-ins welcome.
Reservations are now open with a $25 non-refundable deposit for dinner, $15 for Matinee per person which will be credited to your final bill.

The Florian menu features a prix fixe dining experience reminiscent of a supper club, with entrees like Quattro Formaggi Tortelloni.
