A casual and chic European style bistro, The Florian Opera Bistro is the perfect place to enjoy a delicious gourmet sandwich, a savory tart or any of our decadent desserts. Complete with a full bar, enjoy pre-performance dining, a glass of wine during intermission, or post-performance cocktail. 

Make the most of your experience by pre-ordering desserts and beverages for your intermission or post performance enjoyment. Simply place your order at the Bistro prior to curtain time. 

Located on the third floor of The Civic Opera House.

Reservations are required for matinees and second seating for evening performances. You must arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled reservation in order to be guaranteed a table.

Refreshments available at intermission, and also post performance for matinees. Walk-ins available on a first-come, first-served basis for 4:45pm seating.

Please note that the Florian Opera Bistro is only open to patrons who hold tickets for that day's performance. Entry to all restaurants is through the Civic Opera House after presentation of tickets.
