There’s nothing quite like a Chicago summer, and one of the hallmarks of the season in this great city are outdoor concerts. Coming up in less than three weeks on August 21 is Sunday in the Park with Lyric! Pack your picnic, bring your friends, and join us for a free outdoor concert featuring highlights from the 2022/23 Season with Music Director Enrique Mazzola, the Lyric Opera Orchestra, and members of the The Patrick G. and Shirley W. Artist Steven Skybell, starring as Tevye in Lyric’s upcoming production of Fiddler on the Roof, also played the same role in the acclaimed off-Broadway Yiddish production of the show. He shares his experiences from that production and how this title still resonates with a message of hope.
