Grammy-winning artist Isabel Leonard takes on the title role of Rossini’s Cinderella in this clip from Lyric’s 2015 production. In the breathtaking finale of Act Two, our Cinderella is overjoyed to be reunited with her prince, Don Ramiro, and forgives her family for all their past mistreatment of her. The florid coloratura singing is Rossini at his best, given life by a master of the style.
