For our Lyric family
One of the best parts about working for Lyric is getting a chance to interact with you — our subscribers and donors — whether in person at an event, over the phone, in a post on Facebook, or even through a blog like this as we all work from home. We at Lyric are committed to keeping the music alive during these uncertain times and connecting with you by sharing some of our favorite Lyric moments and providing you with fun, uplifting, and interesting content to help pass the time until we meet again at the Lyric Opera House.
Today, we hope you'll listen to "Ya vas lyublyu," Yeletsky's heartfelt aria from our recent production of Tchaikovsky's The Queen of Spades, sung by baritone Lucas Meachem.
